well after my well planned break (away with work) it just didn't go to plan! So have been off the diet for 4 day's.....however i am back on track today so hoping that i haven't sabotaged my efforts too much. My scales showed a 3lb gain which hopefully will go as soon as ketosis is back.
I think my main shock factor was that i managed to eat just as much food as before which after 4 weeks on the diet i would have thought my stomach should have shrunk to the size of an egg?????
