Okay so it's Sunday and I have to go to the inlaws for tea, I adore a roast but I know it's going to be quite high on points, and I used all my banked points lastnight on wine (hic!)

Anyway it's going to be roast pork, roast potatoes, yorkshire puddings, stuffing (sage&onion), vegetables and homemade gravy.

Any idea how I should point this?
I think my best bet is portion control and she offered to make me a little bit of mashed potato with a tiny bit of margerine in so I don't feel so hard done by on the roasts (my fave!!)

Is this a good idea.. I am so close to just taking myself a WW meal or something instead but it seems so rude.

WI day tomorrow.. eeeek!

Hi,
Dont know what you ended up doing, but you could follow the set points technique - ie, 4 pts for the pork, 4 for the roasties, and 4 for the rest? Not easy when you cant control it, but you dont have to eat the yorkies, stuffing etc, then you will have more control.
Hope it went well.
xx

I ended up pointing at at 10 points and had small portions and left off the yorkies and stuffing.

I did enjoy it though and still weighed in this morning 3lb lighter, so not so bad.
Thanks for replying.
