never tried quark ?

I mix it with a bit of ff fromage frais & add to tuna. Today I mixed a bit of water with an oxo cube added it to quark & two laughing cow lights, blitzed it all together to make a nice dressing for my lunch:D

You can add cheese to it & spread on ryvita.

I put a some in a mushroom sauce I made to make it a bit creamier.

I'm also going to try mixing it with a toffee flavoured muller light and putting on top of a melted chocolate and fudge alpen bar to make a low syn cheesecake this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes!

I use it for Spaghetti carbonarra sauce, add a couple of dollops to a frittata, i also tried the adding options choc to some which was ok.

I used it the other week and made a lasagne on a exta easy day, I frylighted loads of onions mushrooms and extra lean mince with peas and sweetcorn in it bit if salt and pepper and tomato puree about 1 syns worth. pasta sheets inbetween and with the quark i mixed it with some milk from allowance bit of garlic herbs pepper and salt poured it on top and a bit of low fat grated cheese on the top with tomatos to make it look good i counted the cheese as 3 syns but it made like 4 portions. it was really filling I added salad i loved it the quark was nice i was suprised and even more when i lost 5lb that week, but i like alone so it went a long way lol and only about 2 syns per portion would say. you have to give it a go! x
