Either with a heck of a lot of stirring or I stick it in the blender lol

Oh no, I dont do sparking Here thats a point.... how exactly do you mix it properly with sparkling... I never thought of that

Could you mix it with a tiny bit og regular water first then add it to the sparkling? I don't know if that would impair the taste though... can only try =)

dunno about bouillion, sorry! i think only 1-2 spoons a day is what im sure i read on here but dont take that as gospel.

WELL! operation stupid colly and a hand blender is COMPLETE! i found the best way to mix is to put maybe 1/3 of a glass of water + the flavouring into a pyrex jug or something easy to hand blend in anyway, then go to town. this makes the water flat, but if you then put it back in your glass and top up with sparkling water it turns out alright! not fizzy fizzy, but a nice change none the less

Im just loving the water flavourings. Im managing at least 3 litres a day no problem now.

WHY WHY WHY dont Exante do these??
