Hi and Welcome,
Yeah Ebay should have all the books you need, or you could join a class for the first week to get all the books and the info talk and then not go again.
There are tons of threads on here with FAQ and help etc, get searching the board. And everyone here will help with anything your not sure of.
you'll love SW :)

I do Red and green days not done Extra easy but the weights been coming off a treat so the Consultant cant really moan

can i ask do people follow the extra easy plan full time and what is the difference

You should take a look at these threads as they will answer your all your questions about the plans

People do what suits their lifestyles - whether that be all EE or red or green - or a combination of one or more of the plans

BUYING BOOKS

Hi Roxy

I'm a newbie too, only been doing SW for just over a week and it is good, never hungry. I did join and get the books and the class I have joined are all new, so that is more of a challenge. Be careful when buying on Ebay as some people are over inflating the prices. I was looking for the Food Directory and someone was selling it on Buy it Now for about £10 more than the RRP. As said above, maybe best to join the class and get all the books and the talk. I think my first week only cost me £9.95 as it was half price for the joining fee, and a Food Directory (syns for branded foods) was only £7.50.
Good luck with the diet, I don't think you will be disappointed. I have lost about 3lbs already and am only about 1 stone overweight, so 3lbs was good considering I am not that heavy.

Hi Roxy and MrsR2004 and marioncozens (and others for your helpful comments),

I'm also new but have been doing SW for about 6 weeks now. I'm doing extra easy on body optimise. I'm finding that I'm verry motivated by the results that I have seen (18 pounds so far, at least one size down). However I am finding that although I'm weighing myself during the week the prompt to weigh in on 'weigh day' on body optimise is keeping me focused. So I would consider doing body optimise because I think there are additional benefits to just following the actual eating plan.

Good luck all of you.
