Sauce for steak?

Does anyone have any idead for a free sauce on EE to go with steak and veg for tea tonight?

I make a mushroom and onion gravy. You could add some yoghurt to it to make a more saucy consistancy.

I'm doing a steak tonight too! Not sure what sauce yet but mushroom sauce is looking the most likely.

It aint free and it's extremely boring, but i have a bit of tommy sauce and put some cheese on my steak.

What about frying some onions, mushrooms and garlic until soft and then adding in some squares of Laughing Cow blue cheese (using HEX A). Doesn't make a really runny sauce but it does spread lovely on top of the steak. Tastes like stilton and mushroom sauce.
