Hi everyone,
There is a recipe i want to make for a dinner party im doing.
The mascarpone is part of the ingredient, does anyone know the syn value for this or can offer any advice to replace it with something less in syn value but tastes just as good or roughly the same, its going to be mixed with natural free yoghurt also.

It's 6 syns for 28g. Not sure that it would be as nice, but would it work with quark (free) or philadelphia ex light?

do u know how many syns r in the extra light philadelphia 800g have just found a baked cheesecake recipe but wasn't sure how to work the syns out for it everything else is free, i'm doing ee thanks in advance

I normally just use quark for my cheesecakes as it's free.
