Yes folks Im an idiot! From yesterdays gain dissapointment I went and ate toast for breakfast, I managed to stick to LT the rest of the day but then got up this morning and discovered it's TOTM so then realised that's what caused yestedays gain.
Did this spur me to be good today? No it did not, I had porridge and a steak sandwich! What a plank I am!
I feel awful for it, dead groggy and full and I don't like it, I'm actually missing the hunger pangs!
I could kick myself but instead I shall use this as a learning curve to not go off on a food rampage ever again!
I love LT and the results it gives, let's just hope I can reign it back in for WI on Saturday xx
