harvester suppa - red day

hi

we don't do a lot of red days. so a little confused on eating out.

tonight we are eating at a harvester.

having either steak or tuna. jacket potato and salad. (no sauce as syns in them are awful)

hubby having ribs or burger with same side.

no butter on jacket spub.

can anyone advise if i am having any syns. as they grill meats wasn't adding any for oil.

please let me know if i am right or wrong.

as long as your spud is one of your HEB's you should be ok, and avoid the sweetcorn etc in the salads!
we ate there at the weekend, and i saved all my syns to split the mini donut sundae with the boyf! was worth missing out on the salad dressings and chips etc!

I'm doing Extra Easy and we're going to the Harvester tomorrow night. I was thinking I can have a jacket potato with unlimited meat and it should all be free?

If you have simply chicken i know you are safe. Not sure about the other meats as some cooked in oil.

You can just ask for the oil to be left off, steak with no oil or chicken as well, then ask for some sauce on the side in a small bowl, so you can add a little to your spud. x
