Hi all,

I record my daily food intake etc in my 'tracker book' purchased at my WW meeting but if it's alrite with you I'd quite like to post my daily diary in here too that way if anyone spots any mistakes with my pointing of things etc they can let me know and set me on the right track :)

Week 2, Day 4 - Points Allowance = 25

Breakfast: 30g ASDA Frosted Flakes with 125ml Semi Skimmed Milk - 3pts

AM Snack: WW Jaffa Cake Bar - 2pts

Lunch: WW Carrot and Lentil Soup - 1.5pts, Ham Sandwich (WW Danish Brown Bread) - 2pts

PM Snack: Salt and Vinegar Squares - 1.5pts, Funsize Cadbury's Buttons - 1.5pts

Dinner: Birdseye Chicken Fingers - 5pts, WW Carrot and Swede Mash - 3pts, Beetroot - 0pts

Supper: Jam Sandwich (WW Danish Brown Bread) - 4pts, WW Chocolate Biscuit - 1.5pts

Drinks: Pepsi Max, Tea

Exercise: 50min walk with Archie (my dog) - +3pts

Total Points Used = 25
Total Points Saved/Earned = 3

Dinner: Birdseye Chicken Chargrill - 3pts, WW Carrot and Swede Mash - 3pts, Beetroot - 0pts

Supper: Toast and Low Fat Spread - 4pts

Drinks: Pepsi Max, Water

Exercise: 50min walk with Archie (my dog) - +3pts

Supper: Walkers Lites - 1.5pts, Ripple - 3.5pts

Drinks: Pepsi Max, Water

Exercise: 15min walk with Archie (my dog) - +1pts
