little gem of a product

Hi just want to let you know about this amazing product you all probably have heard of. Crystal light sachets?? I just got my delivery from lowcarbmegastore and bought a pack of crystal light hunger satisfaction sachets they are 1g carbs per sachet sweetened with sucralose no sugar alcohols and I bought strawberry and banana flavour...It has fibre and protein in it and tastes absolutley divine!!! its very very filling I just had one for a mid morning snack and I'm still full up. xx

I LOVE THESE!!! Why they aren't available in regular supermarkets, I don't know. My mum in Canada sends me tons of them - I just got a huge batch yesterday.

Walmart makes a good "own brand" version too (I tried them when I couldn't get my favourite Crystal Lite flavour last summer), and the little sachets are exactly the right amount for a 500ml bottle of water. So handy! I'm addicted to the pink lemonade one.

Definately worth a go! I've been drinking it steadily, so it's not causing a stall so far.

You are lucky you can get them sent over they were 6.95 per box of seven from lowcarbmegastore!!! so expensive thats why I'm only gonna use them as an occasional treat, so good for getting you protein up too

yeah its a drink...you get a wee sachet and make it up with water, reallllllly love them x
