Can anyone help with a measurement

I love mayflower curry sauce and when I was doing weight watchers I used 100g powder (for 2 people) and the nutritional info made it out to be 1.5 points or something similair. But then I found out it the points value was for 100g of MADE up product, so that's including the 12oz of water too.
I've found the syns value online

But how would I measure 100g if it's liquid?? Do you know what I mean?

Put a jug on top of scales, turn them on and then pour it in.
