Cutting The Crap

Hey.

About 5 foot 11 , 13 stone, 18 year old bloke here. Want to lose weight to improve confidence and maybe get back in touch with this great girl I knew from ages ago (pathetic I know :rolleyes:).

In this thread I'll be posting all the days I go without buying what I would define as '****' from the shop, and what I have for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'll also post anything I have inbetween meals but hopefully this will be minimal! With any luck I'll pick up some tips along the way and lose some weight!

I define the crap from the shop as any of the following :
Chocolate
Sweets
Doughnuts/Cookies
Crisps

Unfortunately I'm a bit of a Coca Cola addict but I will try and cut this down by drinking more water and allowing myself no more than one 330ml can of Diet Coke a day.

Here goes nothing :D

Well done for taking your health seriously. Is 13 stone heavy for a 5 foot 11 inch male? Anyway hope you get to your goal soon - and cutting out the C**p can only be a good thing lol. Take care.
 
I was wondering the same as lass, I'm 5'4 and I'm aiming for 10st.
Good luck though, it sounds as though it shouldn't be too hard as it's a matter of just cutting snacks out rather than completely changing your whole diet.

Good luck with your journey! I tend to buy doughnuts, cookies etc from the shop so I know exactly what you mean! I think cutting that out, will make a big difference on it's own. Anyways good luck and keep us all updated :)
