I want to lose the 7 pounds I gained on holiday last week. It only took a week to put it on, but I just know it will take longer to take it off again :cry:
I want to lose 8lbs in October (fingers and toes crossed) and I weigh in on a Thursday. Unfortunately 27th September is my birthday and I'm having a birthday crumble so my first weigh in may not be good!!!
Its been wayyy too long since i was on here last! Need to get my head back in the game and get at least a stone off for Christmas! 5lbs for me this month
