Longing 2 b a yummy mummy
I have been off SS for 4 weeks due to illness, and am getting back to it today, cos I am sick of putting weight back on.. I know why I have put weight back on, because I have been eating whatever I like in whatever quantities I like cos I have been ill. Well that is not an excuse and I am getting back on plan today, still not totally better, but I think that this is the best thing for me to do... so any advice on how I can make this as smooth as possible... I now know I can follow slimming world after this is all done and dusted and feel better knowing that cos I am a bugger for pasta!!Love
