Its up to you - SW try to discourage eating lots of points on one day to cut back another day - but do whatever works for you.
I used to have a weekly syn total and count down - but ended up on a Monday morning have hardly any syns left (i weigh on a Thursday night) not good!!!! this sets you up for a fall in the week - cos you are only eating free foods and stuff!!! more likely to have something off plan and more syns than allowed.
