First weigh in & Nandos Syns

Hello

Im pretty new to this and new to the SW diet, it is my first weigh in tonight!

I did however have a birthday to attend and we went to nandos i was good and had chicken and salad but im not sure how many syns the chicken has in it and also the sauces.

No syns info on the chicken, as long as you removed the skin etc it should be free or very low syn, but the sauces are 1 syn per tablespoon, see below for an example.
