Hi all

I bought some mushroom rice from Aldi, Bilash is the make, can anyone tell me how many syns it is please?

per 100g, pack is 250g
Protein 4.4
Carbs 29.2
Fat 1.4 sat 0.2
Cals 147kcal

Hello,

Couldnt find it on the site but I put it through the calculator and its showing as 2 syns for the pack.

I love this rice. I've bought egg fried as well. Can somebody calculate the syn value pleace!
