Tetra's?

Hi guys
Well i'm starting cd again tomorrow. I lost 6 stone a couple of years ago on cd but unfortunatly due to personal circumstances put the lot back on Grrrrrr!!
Last time I stuck to shakes, but this time i want to just have tetra's as I havent got time to be mixing the shakes up.
Has anyone been sucessful by just having the tetra's and nothing else??
 
Hi and welcome back , I am sure you will get back into CD without too many problems :)

I dont personally have tetras as I dont like the strong taste , but I know a few of the people on here just use them and dont have problems . as long as you manage to drink the extra water that you need with the tetras then its no different to having the normal shakes
 
Yes I lost 3 St on 98% tetras I have the odd soup on days I fancied something different this time I'm on the same they suit me and my losses are consistent but my cdc says the don't suit everyone
 
I only have tetras and bars and lost 6 stone last year. Can't stand the packets so it is the only option. I don't think if effects losses at all.

I only have the tetras and a couple of the bars sometimes. I just think they're so convenient and non of that yucky bitty thing going on in your mouth :D Good luck x x
 
I also started with tetras as I didn't have the packets and it was good I felt they made me thirsty and I drank 4/5 litres of water a day, am now on packets as it's getting abit cold and I fancy something hot but am still going to keep the tetras for when am out and about, I don't think it makes any diff what you have on cd, it all works the same in the end it's all to do with taste i suppose, what takes your fancy, good luck am sure you'll get back on track in no time.
 
Im also starting on the tetras as its so more convenient spesh at work, plus i really cant be bothered with making them up haha!

try pouring the tetra into a large cup and adding hot water, its a nice warming hot chocolate (i dont use the other tetra flavours so cant speak for them)

I'm on week 2 and have mainly tetras. I'm on SS+ (3 packs and the 200kcal meal).

I have a bar every morning (so far the peanut ones are my fave, followed by choc orange)

I have a tetra for lunch

I have a 200kcal meal for dinner

My last tetra I either have late afternoon before my meal or later on in the evening depending on how I feel.


I really like the tetras, the choc one mainly (occasionally the banana) - they are so easy to have. I don't like the powdery taste of the packs, the tetras are much smoother.

When I was on LighterLife I sometimes missed packs because I couldn't stomach them, I always have all my packs on Cambridge because it's so easy. Tetras are so good if you have a hectic lifestyle too.
 
Welcome back! Iused to have just choc tetras and lost nearly 5 stone in 4 months last time. I'm liking the porridge this time but still love the tetras and bars :D
 
Hiya, I started out using all the products, but I find it so much easier having just the Tetras and the occasional bar.
It shouldn't matter with your weightloss, to be honest. Good luck on your journey. :)
