curry club!...

hi just joined here so dont completly know wot im doing yet!, but i just wanted to ask whats the syn values for the curries at wetherspoons im going on thursday for the curry club ill stay away from naan bread popadums etc, but just wanna know best curry to have? if anyone can help thankyou lots...
