takeaway for suppa

my hubby wants chinese for suppa. We share a portion of singapore noodles (contains noodles, pork, chicken, beef strips) curry sauce and a portion of mushrooms.

Can anyone advise what the syn is I should imagine high.

well i know the curry sauce is 6 (average portion) and the noodles if just boiled are free - i'd imagine you'd have to allow for some syns on the meats as they probably wont be totally lean?

we had plain noodles, mushrooms and hubby had curry sauce instead.
