Right. I need to get back to doing this...seems its the only thing that works for me..so from tomorrow morning i will be logging EVERYTHING i eat :D
 
Good luck :). It does help to track everything you eat here - good to be able to look back and see what worked (or didn't - but I'm sure that wont be an issue for you!)

So..today.

Was up at 6 to go to work...been on my feet all day good so far

Breakfast/Lunch: walkers smokey bacon? anyone supply me with points? lol

Dinner: poached teryiaki chicken and brocolli 4 points
 
I think the crisps are 2.5 but I wouldn't swear to it.

Food is looking good!
