gym buddy in preston?

Lol Gina... i just moved from Preston a year ago .... i wouldve loved a gym buddy i always went on my own too....at fulwood ... ironic
ive only been a member for 4 monthes, was my brothers fiance that got me into it when i filled in for her friend!

I did the aqua aerobics... that was fun actually. Although it was better at the west view one. The deep water aqua.... the salsa is fun too. haha but less on the exercise.
General gym stuff and the circuits in the morning.

Small world, I live in Higher Walton (Preston South).
I would offer to be a gym buddy but I don't like gyms & prefer to go walking, which gets better now the dark nights are drawing in, I can look in peoples houses as I walk. I also cycle to work, weather permitting.

I used to work in Fulwood & on my lunchtime go walking, I'd walk just behind Asda, it's lovely there, nice peaceful & very pretty.
