Switching to CD next week!

I have been on Lipotrim for 7 weeks, but due to location of the pharmacy (25 miles away, in a direction I never ordinarily need to go in!) vs. location of my closest CDC (less than 4 miles away, in a village I drive through daily!) and times I can get there (Saturdays only for LT, vs. whenever I like for CDC) means that I have decided to make the switch. It will cost me about £5 more per week, but I'll save it in fuel costs and I'm really looking forward to seeing the same person each week and having a much wider variety of flavours to try!

I have enough LT to do another 1.5 weeks, so will be seeing my CDC and picking up my food packs a week on Monday. I've given myself a finish date of Friday 19th November, so by then I'll have done 8 weeks on LT and 8 weeks on CD. I've made a good start on LT (lost nearly 33lbs) and have 25lbs to go, so am confident that I can do it within that time frame.

I bought a few CD sachets to try over the next week to help me decide which to buy at my next meeting, and have already tried the mint choc (yum!) and the apple and cinnamon porridge (heaven!!) so am really positive about this switch and it's really re-motivated me!

So, that's me - I'll still be keeping my weight loss diary updated on the LT forum and will no doubt end up posting in both!

Welcome to CD, you'll be at your target well within that time I feel :)

Well, I've spent the last week having some CD products and some LT. Of the CD, I have enjoyed everything I've tried (chicken soup, choc mint, choc orange, butterscotch, toffee and peanut, choc orange bar) and am looking forward to trying lots more too! I still have 3 LT sachets to eat (2 of which are the soup, which I don't exactly adore!) so I'm not completely CD yet but should be by Monday.

I have only lost 2.2lbs this week (I weigh in on Saturdays) but I have had a couple of blips (a major one last Friday involving cookies!) and a loss is a loss. At least I have less than 20lbs to go!
