Points for Flour??

5.5 in 100g plain flour and the same in 100g sugar I think - I have this done out at home as I bake a lot - I'll check it later and get back to you.

An eves pudding with no base and a sponge cake topping would haev a lot less than crumble as there is no fat in it. The butter in the crumble topping is a killer.
