Hi all,
I know that there is a lot of debate surrounding the use of ketostix and that they are not for everyone.... I, however find them comforting and if peeing on a stick is gonna keep me motivated I'm all for them.
Anyway, just a little tip for anyone else who uses them - you can cut the strips length wise (with clean/dry scissors) into 3 or 4 mini sticks and that way the pack lasts a lot longer.
You may all be doing this already, or maybe I'm just a bit tight, either way I thought we could all spend our pennies more wisely...excuse the pun, I couldn't resist!
