Starting again

Well after mucking about all over the summer doing a bit of this and a bit of that I finally went and joined a class on Monday evening. I really need the weekly weigh in (hubby as offered to do it for free but doesnt understand that its just not the same).

I have been really good so far (absolutely perfect to be honest) and have been gyming too. Am expecting a good loss on Monday. Am wanting about 16lb off altogether (not this Monday of course but would be nice!)

Looking forward to reading all your tips, recipes etc

Welcome along, and good luck with your weight loss journey. If you have only just starting going to the gym you may find that you might but on weight or STS. don't be to dishearted as it will soon go when you stick the gym pergular :)

I've been going to the gym for years but had missed about 6 weeks over the summer hols (loads of pathetic excuses - amazing what you can blame on the kids if you try!!). I've been hammering it since going back nearly 2 weeks ago and the first week (before rejoining sw) I did find a gain though the toning looks better than the scales. I'm aiming for 5 times a week (2 pilates and 3 cardio/weights/powerplate). I WILL be a lean, mean fighting machine!

Good luck! i hope you first week goes well don't forget free food and drink lots of water
i've been back for 4 weeks now and had my ups and downs but i'm looking forward to being a slimmer me for christmas
so welcome back and all the best!

I used to regular exercise before pregnancy (extreme exhaustion) and found it is much better to have a toner body and a different shape then watch the scales go down fast :)
