just a couple of questions please...

i'm on medication which causes dry mouth. i can't do water so drink lots of no added sugar cordial. is this allowed on sw??

i use tesco sweetners. are these free??

if i use my hxa milk but fancy some cheese, am i allowed using my syns??

apart from the sw site, is there a free syn calculator available online??

starting on monday with the hubby. getting quite excited now. how sad... lol

Not sure on the cordial, have you checked on the syns online on sw website?

Yes you can use your syns for anything you like. Be that chocolate or cheese or whatever you want.

No there isn't another calculator.

I love fried eggs (using Frylight)
You need a fairly good nonstick frying pan, spray some Frylight and get the pan hot, put your eggs in then wait! I flip mine over for a mo just to make sure they are cooked.

With regards to the eggs, there is a knack. As milli75 said, leave them be and treat them kindly. I never have any problems, but if my DH has a go, he makes a right hash of it and gets cross. I think it may be a cunning plan to make me do them instead, but he will have a very long wait lol.
