Refeed question

BigS

Real name Seán
For dinner on 4th day I've sliced up 3 small potatoes and grilled them crispy with no oil, some slices of onion and a chicken breast. This is all within allowance according to my sheet. I'm struggling to eat it all though. Should I leave it or try and eat as much as possible to get my body used to portions of the right food ?

You should pass it over here!! lmao x x

Having read a few of the refeed diaries, some people say force it and some say; when your bodies full its full.. so its really watever you feel comfortable with. Having done it before on my last LT attempt, I think forcing it completely put me off eating at all.

Haha, was gonna say the same Slimmersu!! ;) x

I've ate most, that'll do. Gonna go out a walk now just in case !

enjoy!

I really don't think you should force yourself to eat, one of the best things about the diet is the reduction in the portion size so enjoy being full on the small amounts!! I started refeed yday nd am amazed how little fills you up. No wonder i got porky!!!!

Defo listen to your body. If your body is full leave it. You dont have to waste it you can always tubbaware it up for another day :)

I was the same and could only manage about 1/4 of the minimum suggested amount so i called Lipotrim up and was told not force myself and just to eat what i could even if it was just a few mouthfuls.
Goodluck and if you need give them a ring as they will listen and give you the appropriate advise.
