After 2 days 100% I was in manchester and had forgot my shake, I was really shaky and and felt like I was about to pass out so I bought a pack of steam cooked chicken 150g with 180 cals & 0.6grm of carb, will this stop me going in to ketosis?
 
You did the right thing by having steamed chicken instead of the bad foods so you should be fine. I myself have done that for most of the past 3 weeks as i did semi refeed and still lost 6lbs, went back onto tfr tuesday gone. Try not to worry yourself about the hick up as you did do the right thing for your body at that time. Good Luck with your weight-loss and if you have any questions no matter how silly they may seem to you come on here and as and when you can give Lipotrim/ Howard Group a call, I practically call them up atleast once or twice a week and they do take the time to talk to me.

Keep at it, you shouldnt have put anything off track.
