I know that in the book chicken kebabs have syns, but if I ordered a chicken kebab with salad and no pitta... would it be free?

I can't work out if we're only synning the pitta or what!

Here you go stars

Chicken, doner kebab, meat only, average, 28g = 1½

Chicken, doner kebab, meat only, average, small kebab = 5

Chicken, doner kebab, meat only, average, large kebab = 7½

we have a chicken kebab, once a week. From a local takeaway. There is 5 wholes pieces of chicken, cooked on grilled. Added to a wholewheat pitta bread with lots of salad. (cabbage, toms, onion, cumber, carrot) no sauces. We have this as an EE I think, 1/3 Mostly salad a little meat. (We don't have sandwiches no bread) Used to use pitta as a HEB, but because there is no enough fibre have to add 7 syns (60g per pitta).

Best takeaway food for diets i reckon!

You can have a co-op wholemeal pitta as a HEXB - it was a new addition to the healthy extra list on the website a few weeks ago
