Restarting help needed

Hi
I did this diet last September and I wondered if the new books were much different from the ones I got when I joined last year? Has the diet changed at all?

I feel ready to start and could do with some support guys :sigh::sigh:

Do you know about the extra easy option now? not sure if it was about last year!Just go for it, i think there is a sticky at the top of the page about the plans etc. i dont know if books are much different from last year as i only joined this year but the plans are really great, and extra easy really is easy! good luck, if i can help in any way just let me know xx

Hey, after the six weeks of Lipotrim did you start to do the re feeding or are you still on lipotrim?

New books came out in January this year. There have been a few changes, namely the superfree foods and having a third superfree with each EE meal.
I'd pop along to a group and get the new info pack, worth it for a tenner!
