But am i alowed tuna mayo sandwich!
i have light mayo but it says 26.6 gr fat per 100g serving?

No. The mayo is too high. You need to Very Light mayo i'm afraid. I've stopped having tuna mayo because of this (dont like the very light mayo)

There is a very light mayo which is fine and although it isn't much like ordinary mayo you soon get used to it.

I agree you do get used to it, and with tuna it is ok, not very nice on its own though... but it is much lower in fat per 100g you can use it with xenical... the extra light version...

I must seem like a real Xenical rebel lol but i actually used the light version for tuna mayo, and had no effects.

Not saying you should though!

Just my experience hun xx
