Hi everyone,
Have been lurking for a while looking at syns, food diaries etc and trying to do it alone, however I am joing a class on monday so thought I would post.
Can you all please advise if I am doing it right???
Breakfast:
Banana
Apple
Grapes
Lunch:
Egg salad sandwich on brown bread (HexB)
Blackberries
Grapes
Blue Ribbond (100 cals - 5 syns)
Dinner:
Mug shot (at college straight from work)
Sour cream snack a jacks (22g 5.5 syns?)
2 x light cheese slices HexA
Payday and get my books on monday so food will start to get more interesting
