Yes that is the word Gain and a smiley in the same sentence.
Got back in the early hours this morning weighed myself just now and I have gained 3-4 lbs wont know exactly till weigh in but my scales are pretty bang on to the ones at group, really chuffed because was a week all inclusive and I had mostly non diet pepsi to drink and loads of it cuz it was so hot ( because the diet was not at the self service drinks dispenser and I couldnt be bothered to ask for it at the bar) I had chips on every meal except breakfast and cakes for pudding at every meal including the lovely pastries they had at breakfast. Really thought I would gain far more than that means I will still be in target at weigh in tonight
