Fell off the wagon!!

Can someone help me with info or where to get it on here. I wanna do another diet, ive tried weight watchers but dont really get on with it. I wanted to try Cambridge but its too pricey for me, am thinking of slimming world but dont know much about it... Im really not doing well with it all atm

Sounds like basic advice... but water water water. Cold water. When you feel peckish, neck a pint or two until you feel full. I swear by it.
