After 2 weeks off plan due to holidays, I put on for the first time.

3.5lbs!!!

Anyhoos back on it, 100%, just need to 'confess'!

Good for you getting right back on track, sometimes thats the hardest part.
Thats not too bad a gain for 2 weeks holidays, and we all have to live our lives and be able to indulge once in a while especially on holiday and as long as you can get back on track theres nothing wrong with that.

Hey, I gained 3.5lbs on holiday too! I think that's doing well, tbh ;)

I've had loads of gains along the way - mostly small ones, but backward steps nonetheless, and they just motivate me to lose it plus some more on top the following week.

Glad to see you're back on it anyway - onwards and downwards :cool:

....I haven't even been on holiday and I gained so you are totally allowed..... well done for getting back on track.
