Having chinese with friends tonight and want to be good as 1st weigh in tomorrow!!! How many syns are in a mushroom chowmein? Will go for this or a Beef in black bean and boiled rice!
I have a chicken chow mein each week and count it as 8.5, i would think it would be the same really. I also count 3 syns for a drizzle of sweet and sour or curry sauce, which ever is left from family tucking in, lol. Be careful with the portion sizes though, as when I have a syngapore chow mein there is always more then a chicken one. I then count that as 10.
