Im back on the bandwagon, again, this time I am doing it. First weigh in tonight, feel hmm okay about it, did go out for tea on Friday night though and had one or two sweeties at the cinemas after...then sat night had some whisky and diet coke (yuck! bf's choice...rather low in syns compared to other alkifrol though) so I had one, two three......etc! The next morning I was craving a mcdonalds and yes i did have one :( a cheese and egg and bacon bagel. Other than that I was good. Had two peices of toast for brecki, fruit for snacks, took big cottage cheese and pinapple salads to work for lunch then had pasta n sauce tomato n herb for tea with extra extra lean mince and mozzorella on top, yummy. Then a cup of tea and a cadburys choc cake while I watch the telly. Tonight after weigh in I've asked the bf if we can go out for tea but he will probs say noo too tired and we wont go. If not I have a birds eye korma in the freezer, then after that I will be extra good!!! wish me luck :confused:
 
good luck with your WI tonight hope you get a nice loss, you sound a lot like me when you say things like ....after that ill be extra good" lol im forever thinking things like that to myself xx
 
today:

Brekki: two peices of toast (HE) and spread (4 syns)
Lunch: Jacket spud, beans and cheeese (HE)
Tea: Pasta n sauce with mince
Snacks: Banannas, apple, 1 thorntons choc (need to check syns, think its 2)

and i'll have a cup of tea watchin the soaps tongiht with the rest of my syns. Yum. Im going to my first exercise class of the year tonight, if I can drag my sister with me :)
