Extra Easy Quick question!

Morning all,

Im using the online food diary and adding what im having today. Ive just noticed (!) that all the fruits and veg and free foods are different colours!?!

Do red veg/fruit mean the are superfree?

hi. all fruit and veg are superfree apart from peas, sweetcorn potato's and parsnip and avacardo's are not free either, peas sweetcorn parsnips and potato's are free foods but not classed as superfree! the fact they are coloured are prob showing you what is free veg on red and green as potato's are free on green but not on red etc, whereas on extra easy they free whatever colour, hope that makes sense. avacado's are synned also
