i have realised i go off track when i am bored and just want to munch on something. so im looking for zero points things i can make like soups etc etc

i have had a look on recipies but cant seem to find anything

Soup is your best bet... vegetable soup is great as a free filler. The only other thing really is jelly which isnt too filling but good if you have a sweet tooth

I really like the WW jelly. I am like you and eat when I am bored, which is my biggest downfall. I will have a packet of crisps and a fruit bar, then I think I could have had a proper meal for those 4 or 5 points!!!

Chop up some veggies and munch on them. Carrots and cucumber are great :)

Or strawberries are very low in points - I think 100g = 0.5points:)

Hi i have a recipe for zero point spicy tomato soup , i will find it on the recipe board and bump it up for you.x

You dont need a recipie for soup, just fry some onoin, get your stock and off you go! I just shove any veg in it!! I've done a pan which will last me 3 days and its 5points for the pan. Includes butternut squash, sweet potato, courgette, onion, carrot and parsnip. Things i had left over in my fridge!!! :D

Hello,
You could make salsa and have veg with it. or a veg chilli. veg curry. rataouille. the latter could all be stuffed in peppers or butternut squash and roasted for a filling zero point meal!

butternut squash chips are free.

i love a salad with roasted mediterranean veg in. I cut up in larg echunks pepper, onion, mushrooms and cherry toms (you could use carrot/courgette etc). spray in fry light and roast. Add to lettuce leaves, cucumber etc and its gorgeous. you could even put on some zero point extra light mayo or salad dressing.

i cant think much else right now!

i've just had a huge bowl of 0 point soup,,leftover veg from fridge(cleaned it out last night to make room for my shopping today)chicken stock cubes and loads of curry powder,,was really nice and i had 2 part baked bread rolls with it for 3 points!!!

Well if it has sweet potato in it wouldn't be zero points , and also would have to count whatever you fry your onion in. The tomato soup is zero points , if you follow the recipe.
