i went to my first meeting tonight and am already worrying about what i'm going to eat . i'm not the most imaginative and need something quick. any syn free ideas??
I practically live off Alpen Light bars for breakfast, they're really nice! If I get hungry later then I'll have a Mullerlight yoghurt or some fruit to fill a gap. Also, if you're into full English breakfasts you could give yourself one of those, most of the ingredients are low-syn/syn-free!
This is magic porridge:
Mullerlite Yoghurt
28g Porridge Oats
Just mix a mullerlight with 28g porridge oats in a bowl & leave in the fridge overnight.....and enjoy hot or cold, although cold is really nice..especially with a sliced banana.
I mostly always have scrambled eggs done in the microwave and then some beans heated and then mix em together with salt and pepper, quick, filling and tasty!
