Adsa Fresh Counter Curry

Hi
Does anyone know the syn value for the curry you get from teh Asda fresh counter [where they put it all together for you]. I usually have the vegetable balti or any other vegetarian dish with boiled rice and half a naan if I'm being bad????

Thanks Zoe, thing is, my hubby has one every Thursday and I decline but I'm sure I could save syns and have one but it's so hard to find the syn value!
