Anyone got a number?

For Extante? I have ordered my packs (late on Friday). The order shows complete on their website under My Account but I have had no contact re delivery or confirmation. I cannot find a phone number for them, although I do remember reading that someone had phoned and asked about delivery times so I assume one exists....

Try searching Poogatch's thread, I think it was him who had the problem with delivery.

They are really quick to answer if you send them a message via their website.
Your order isn't due until tomorrow so don't panic!

Thanks Sent a mail and it is still due to be here as planned tomorrow So excited.....starting Wednesday.

If your order isnt due til tomorrow, you wont hear anything til then. The usual thing is it shows as complete on the site then SOMETIMES you get a despatched email the night before, but not always, but you should get one tomorrow morning telling you the delivery time
