Hi all

Well after messing about with cambridge, my own healthy eating, and eat everything diet :D, ive bitten the bullet and decided that i need to change my eating habits.

Can you have a "sweet treat" on sw ?
Also what do you do for gravy ? as we have a lot of dinners (rst) ?

Another problem that worries me is FRUIT i dont like it , ive tried and tired for years to eat it but i jst cant makes me shiver jst thinking about it, with this in mind what could i snack on ?

Thankyou in advance

Can you have a "sweet treat" on sw ? most definitely.. thats what you can use your syns for we can have between 5 and 15 a day or you can choose 2 alpen lights as a heb I have the chocolate fudge ones they are lush :D

Also what do you do for gravy ? as we have a lot of dinners (rst) ? I have gravy granules and syn them or there are a few recipes for syn free gravy knocking around.

Another problem that worries me is FRUIT i dont like it , ive tried and tired for years to eat it but i jst cant makes me shiver jst thinking about it, with this in mind what could i snack on ? I dont like much fruit tbh and more often than not only have 1 banana a day but i do eat loads of veg to compensate for that.

Thankyou in advance
