Laura's Diary - Christmas Challenge!

So today is Day 1 and to help me on my journey I have decided to start a diary.

So my challenge is to lose 2st before Christmas....so here goes! :) :)

I have woken up hungry, which is not a good start, but I have started on the water and am now off to make my first shake :D

nice to see your diary its a good place to write down everything,,, i tend to ramble in mine and forget that its for other people to read at times lol
 
Hey, first few days will be tough while your body gets used to not having it's own way anymore but you'll soon be well on track and see the benefits. Drink loads of water, you'll constantly need to pee but it'll help with the hunger pangs. Keep us all posted.
