Where can I get sandwiches made with wholemeal bread...

One of the hardest things I have found on SW is eating out light lunches. Meals I have found OK, but if you want a grab and go sandwich, you end up using all your syns (or more) very easily.

I know you can deduct 6 syns from the total if you have wholemeal bread and count it as a HexB, but I haven't found anywhere that sells wholemeal. In Boots they are all on malted bread?

Any suggestions??

Forget the sarnies! I think lots of people opt for the sushi as many of them are very low in syns

Or there are a few cous cous salads that are okay as well
