They are sin free in the branded foods book but am being really 100% so added them to my food diary on Lifeline on line & they are 1 1/2 sins EACH & i've just had two. Thats nearly a pack of french fries

I understand things change but GGGRRR :cry:

the Cumberland 1s are only 1 each, they r quite nice and Joe's are free (but a lil pricey) xx

Morrisons Eat Smart pork sausage are only 1/2 syn each and very tasty, have bought the cumberland ones now but tried them yet

I feel your pain These are the best non-meat sausages but they changed from free to synned several months ago
