My husband made the syn free ice cream a while ago and it was horrid!
This is the recipe:-
1 x 200g pot of toffee Müllerlight yogurt
1 x 200g pot of vanilla Müllerlight yogurt
1 x 500g pot very low fat natural
fromage frais
Artificial sweetener, to taste
Stir the yogurts and fromage frais together, sweeten to taste. Put in a freezer-proof tub and place in
the freezer. Lightly whip approximately every 30 minutes to break down any ice crystals that are forming.
Your ice cream should be ready in a couple of hours.
