gravy granules - dry = 1 level tblsp is 3.5 on all plans
gravy granules - made up as directed is 2.5 syns for 142mls

Why not use OXO cubes, granted its not as thick but its free and in something like Shepherds Pie you wouldn't notice. x

to use the oxo do u just make up the stock pour into the meat n veg n top with the turnip?

Yep that's why I do, I use them in chilli, spag bol all sorts. However unless its a full on gravy substitute I just sprinkle it in. In shepherds pie I would make it up as stock and then pout it in. Tastes just as good to me and saves them syns for dessert!
